How do I claim my free flight? 

Step 1 - Qualifiying Purchase 

Spend a minimum 1,100 SAR during the promotional period of September 10-30, 2025 to qualify for a free flight.

Step 2 – Application

Between the 3rd to the 18th of October, log onto

the campaign website flywith-us.com using your invoice number as the login code. Complete the

online application form with your name and e-mail address as well as select your departure airport

and three (3) possible destinations and three (3)

possible travel dates (inbound and outbound).



The proposed travel dates shall be in different

months and thirty (30) days apart from each other. The earliest travel date a participant can choose is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of your

application.

Step 3 – Application

You will receive a personalized confirmation email within a maximum period of seven (7) days.

By following this personalized direct link you

should log back in on the landing page and upload your picture/scan of your proof of purchase

(receipt/invoice).

Step 4 – Application

Once we have received your proof of purchase,

we will validate it and you will receive an email within 7 days with a new link to complete the last step

of your application.

In this step, you will need to fill in the travel form

and provide your remaining personal details and upload a scan/photograph of your travel

document/passport. You can also add up to 4 more passengers to your application

(maximum 5 passengers in total). If you do, you will need to provide their personal details and a

scan/photograph of their travel

documents/passports. Please note that any additional passengers will have to be charged at the

current flight fare at the time of booking.

Step 5 – Your offer

You will receive an offer within fourteen (14) days

of correctly uploading your documents. You

must accept your flight offer within forty-eight

(48) hours. The Organizer will then book the free

return flights for you as soon as possible.

If there are any additional passengers or costs

for additional services your flight will be

booked after payment has been taken.

Which destinations can I travel to?

We ask that you give three different destinations

you would like to travel to and we will check our

availability accordingly.

Please note that not all destinations are available

from all departure airports and that no given

destination will be treated as a priority over

another.
